Wi-Fi was fast enough for video calls. Our room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. Only small issue: the Wi-Fi was patchy in the evenings.
Check-in was quick and they let us check out late at no extra cost. Wi-Fi was fast enough for video calls. The location is excellent, with restaurants and shops a short walk away. Already planning our next visit!
Staff at the front desk were friendly and helped us arrange a car for the next day. Check-in was quick and they let us check out late at no extra cost. Only small issue: the hot water took a long time to come in the mornings.
Dear Mehjabin, thank you for the kind words — our team will be very happy to read this.
The pool area was clean and never too crowded. The Wi-Fi was patchy in the evenings. Breakfast was repetitive after the second day.
Dear Nusrat, we apologise that we did not meet your expectations. We are already working on the points you raised.
Great value for what we paid, especially with the member price. Some furniture looked worn and the bathroom needs an update. It got noisy at night because of the road outside.
Thank you for the honest feedback, Hannah. We are sorry about the issues you faced and have shared them with our team so they do not happen again.
Our kids loved the play area and the staff were very patient with them. The location is excellent, with restaurants and shops a short walk away. Only small issue: housekeeping missed our room one day.
