Staff at the front desk were friendly and helped us arrange a car for the next day. Check-in was quick and they let us check out late at no extra cost. Only small issue: breakfast was repetitive after the second day.
Breakfast had plenty of choice, from local dishes to eggs cooked to order. The pool area was clean and never too crowded. Wi-Fi was fast enough for video calls. Highly recommended for families and couples.
Dear Tasnim, thank you for the kind words — our team will be very happy to read this.
The pool area was clean and never too crowded. Housekeeping missed our room one day. The Wi-Fi was patchy in the evenings.
Thank you for the honest feedback, Shakib. We are sorry about the issues you faced and have shared them with our team so they do not happen again.
Our kids loved the play area and the staff were very patient with them. The location is excellent, with restaurants and shops a short walk away. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helped us arrange a car for the next day. Already planning our next visit!
Thanks a lot, Farhana. Reviews like yours keep us going. See you again!
Check-in was quick and they let us check out late at no extra cost. Wi-Fi was fast enough for video calls. Only small issue: some furniture looked worn and the bathroom needs an update.
Our room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. Great value for what we paid, especially with the member price. Only small issue: the Wi-Fi was patchy in the evenings.
