Very good overall

Staff at the front desk were friendly and helped us arrange a car for the next day. Check-in was quick and they let us check out late at no extra cost. Only small issue: the Wi-Fi was patchy in the evenings.

Some furniture looked worn and the bathroom needs an update. It got noisy at night because of the road outside. Not the experience the photos promised.

Best part of our trip

Staff at the front desk were friendly and helped us arrange a car for the next day. Check-in was quick and they let us check out late at no extra cost. Our kids loved the play area and the staff were very patient with them. We will definitely book again through Nongor.

Good in parts

Wi-Fi was fast enough for video calls. Some furniture looked worn and the bathroom needs an update. It got noisy at night because of the road outside.

Okay, could be better

Breakfast had plenty of choice, from local dishes to eggs cooked to order. Breakfast was repetitive after the second day. Some furniture looked worn and the bathroom needs an update.

Above and beyond

Our kids loved the play area and the staff were very patient with them. The location is excellent, with restaurants and shops a short walk away. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helped us arrange a car for the next day. Highly recommended for families and couples.
