Sandy Toes Hostel is a 1-star hostel in Sugandha Beach, Cox's Bazar. A social hostel with clean dorms and private rooms, lockers, a shared kitchen and a common room where travellers swap stories. A lively beach point in Cox's Bazar with a market, horse rides and plenty of mid-range hotels a short walk from the sand. The beach is 320 m away — about 4 minutes on foot. Guests enjoy free wi-fi, sea view, 24/7 front desk, generator backup and halal food.

Not what we expected

Some furniture looked worn and the bathroom needs an update. It got noisy at night because of the road outside. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously.

Good value for money

Staff at the front desk were friendly and helped us arrange a car for the next day. Check-in was quick and they let us check out late at no extra cost. Only small issue: breakfast was repetitive after the second day.

Worth every taka

The location is excellent, with restaurants and shops a short walk away. Breakfast had plenty of choice, from local dishes to eggs cooked to order. Check-in was quick and they let us check out late at no extra cost. Already planning our next visit!

Decent for the price

The location is excellent, with restaurants and shops a short walk away. Housekeeping missed our room one day. The Wi-Fi was patchy in the evenings.

Average experience

Our kids loved the play area and the staff were very patient with them. Some furniture looked worn and the bathroom needs an update. It got noisy at night because of the road outside.

Would recommend

Breakfast had plenty of choice, from local dishes to eggs cooked to order. The pool area was clean and never too crowded. Only small issue: the Wi-Fi was patchy in the evenings.

Parties and events need written approval from the property.
