Great experience, small hiccups

Great value for what we paid, especially with the member price. Our kids loved the play area and the staff were very patient with them. Only small issue: the hot water took a long time to come in the mornings.

Very good overall

Check-in was quick and they let us check out late at no extra cost. Wi-Fi was fast enough for video calls. Only small issue: breakfast was repetitive after the second day.

Antwort der Unterkunft

Dear Shakib, thank you for the kind words — our team will be very happy to read this.

Very good overall

The pool area was clean and never too crowded. The view from the balcony at sunset was the highlight of our trip. Only small issue: the hot water took a long time to come in the mornings.

Decent for the price

Great value for what we paid, especially with the member price. The hot water took a long time to come in the mornings. Housekeeping missed our room one day.

Antwort der Unterkunft

Dear Jannatul, we apologise that we did not meet your expectations. We are already working on the points you raised.
