Decent for the price

The driver helped with our bags and suggested good places to eat. The car could have been cleaner inside. The pickup point at the airport was hard to find.

Reply from the operator

Thank you for the honest feedback, Jannatul. We are sorry about the issues you faced and have shared them with our team so they do not happen again.

Average experience

Plenty of space for all our luggage. The driver arrived ten minutes late. The car could have been cleaner inside.

Reply from the operator

Dear Mahfuzur, we apologise that we did not meet your expectations. We are already working on the points you raised.
