Above and beyond

Our kids loved the play area and the staff were very patient with them. The location is excellent, with restaurants and shops a short walk away. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helped us arrange a car for the next day. Already planning our next visit!

Very good overall

Breakfast had plenty of choice, from local dishes to eggs cooked to order. The pool area was clean and never too crowded. Only small issue: some furniture looked worn and the bathroom needs an update.

پاسخ اقامتگاه

Thank you for staying with us, Rezaul! We are delighted you enjoyed it and hope to welcome you back soon.

Average experience

Check-in was quick and they let us check out late at no extra cost. The hot water took a long time to come in the mornings. Housekeeping missed our room one day.

پاسخ اقامتگاه

Thank you for the honest feedback, Tanvir. We are sorry about the issues you faced and have shared them with our team so they do not happen again.

Very good overall

The view from the balcony at sunset was the highlight of our trip. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helped us arrange a car for the next day. Only small issue: it got noisy at night because of the road outside.

Thanks a lot, Priyanka. Reviews like yours keep us going. See you again!

Good in parts

Wi-Fi was fast enough for video calls. Housekeeping missed our room one day. The Wi-Fi was patchy in the evenings.

Great value for what we paid, especially with the member price. Our kids loved the play area and the staff were very patient with them. Only small issue: the Wi-Fi was patchy in the evenings.
