Thank you for the honest feedback, Jannatul. We are sorry about the issues you faced and have shared them with our team so they do not happen again.
Wi-Fi was fast enough for video calls. Our room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. Only small issue: housekeeping missed our room one day.
Breakfast had plenty of choice, from local dishes to eggs cooked to order. The pool area was clean and never too crowded. Only small issue: the Wi-Fi was patchy in the evenings.

Our kids loved the play area and the staff were very patient with them. Some furniture looked worn and the bathroom needs an update. It got noisy at night because of the road outside.
