Great experience, small hiccups

Wi-Fi was fast enough for video calls. Our room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. Only small issue: breakfast was repetitive after the second day.

Réponse de l'établissement

Dear Ahnaf, thank you for the kind words — our team will be very happy to read this.

Good value for money

Breakfast had plenty of choice, from local dishes to eggs cooked to order. The pool area was clean and never too crowded. Only small issue: the hot water took a long time to come in the mornings.

Réponse de l'établissement

Thank you for staying with us, James! We are delighted you enjoyed it and hope to welcome you back soon.

Great experience, small hiccups

Our room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. Great value for what we paid, especially with the member price. Only small issue: the Wi-Fi was patchy in the evenings.

Good in parts

The location is excellent, with restaurants and shops a short walk away. Breakfast was repetitive after the second day. Some furniture looked worn and the bathroom needs an update.

Réponse de l'établissement

Dear Priya, we apologise that we did not meet your expectations. We are already working on the points you raised.

Would recommend

Great value for what we paid, especially with the member price. Our kids loved the play area and the staff were very patient with them. Only small issue: housekeeping missed our room one day.

Okay, could be better

Breakfast had plenty of choice, from local dishes to eggs cooked to order. Some furniture looked worn and the bathroom needs an update. It got noisy at night because of the road outside.

Réponse de l'établissement

Thank you for the honest feedback, Aisha. We are sorry about the issues you faced and have shared them with our team so they do not happen again.
